One week prior to your arrival, 50% of your stay will be charged to your credit card, the remaining balance will be charged upon your arrival. Any changes in the length of your stay or cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations or changes not made 7 days in advance will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the entire original booking unless we are able to re-book that room for the same rate and same number of days. All rates are based on double occupancy. The Villa Toscana is a non-smoking home. We do have several private areas set in secluded garden settings for your smoking convenience. The Villa Toscana is not suitable for children under the age of 18. |
